Band is a great way for students to build self-confidence and responsibility. Beginning in 5th grade, students are invited to take part in the school's band program that includes individual lessons, as well as, large group practice time that prepares them for moving forward in band as they leave Eagleville Elementary Charter. There are two concerts a year.

 

Like Band, orchestra also aides in developing confidence and responsibility. Orchestra begins in 4th grade with individual lessons and weekly large group practice time. The band and orchestra programs run their concerts together two times a year. 

 

Students are provided with a topic in which they must research and share their research through a speech. 

 

Student Council is a group of elected student representatives from 4th, 5th and 6th grades. These students meet twice monthly and complete many service projects. These students plan and run fundraisers and food drives, help with parent and grandparent lunch days, and plan school-wide spirit days. These leaders are committed, conscientious, hard-working, and willing to be challenged.
